Lord’s Prayer

Our Father which art in heaven,

Hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come.

Thy will be done in earth,

as it is in heaven.

Give us theis day our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts,

as we forgive our debtors.

And lead us from evil:

For thine is the kingdom, and the power,

and the glory, for ever.

Amen.

主の祈り

天にまします我らの父よ。

ねがわくは御名をあがめさせたまえ。

御国を来たらせたまえ。

御心の天になるごとく、地にもなさせたまえ。

我らの日用の糧を、今日も与えたまえ。

我らに罪を犯す者を、我らがゆるすごとく、

我らの罪をもゆるしたまえ。

我らを試みにあわせず、

悪より救い出したまえ。

国と力と栄とは、

限りなく汝のものなればなり。

Apostles’ Creed

I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.

I believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, our Lord.

He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary,

He sufferd under Pontius Pilate, was crucified,

died, and was buried. He decended to the dead.

On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven,

and is seated at the right hand of the Father.

He will come again to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church,

the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins,

the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.

Amen.

主は聖霊によりてやどり、おとめマリアより生まれ、

ポンテオ・ピラトのもとに苦しみを受け、十字架につけられ、

死にて葬られ、陰府（よみ）に下り、

三日目に死人の内よりよみがえり、天に昇り、

全能の父なる神の右に座したまえり。

かしこより来たりて生ける者と死にたる者とを審きたまわん。

我は聖霊を信ず。聖なる公同の教会、

聖徒の交わり、罪のゆるし、

からだのよみがえり、とこしえの命を信ず。
